OWNER OF ALL ABOUT CSRS, FERS & TSP, INC.

Lanelle is operations manager of the All About brand. She is a graduate of Centre College and was an administrative manager of a local law firm before joining forces with Mike in perfecting the seminar experience and building meaningful relationships with clients. Aside from keeping Mike's life together, Lanelle keeps our ship running smoothly while still being a Super-Nana to her 3 grandchildren.

SEMINAR INSTRUCTOR AND CFP PROFESSIONAL

Mike is Co-Owner of Lanway companies, TSP expert, and federal benefits nerd. Since 2009, Mike has provided seminar services to the USAO in 40 districts across the country, as well as District Courts in several locations, amassing 1000+ hours of stage time. He was also a featured presenter in over 100 LearnDOJ retirement training videos filmed in 2010 and 2014. Prior to becoming a benefits-guru, Mike served as an insurance agent for Northwestern Mutual Life and then as an independent agent before moving out of the commission world and transitioning into the education of clients as a fee-only, advice-only, CFP professional.
